Who I help
Built for the first decade of a career, not the last.
This practice is deliberately focused on recent graduates and early-to-mid-career professionals. If you are a seasoned executive, I am glad to refer you elsewhere.
Recent graduates
Zero to two years in. You have a degree, an internship or two and a job that may or may not be the right first step. The work is deciding what to aim at before momentum decides for you.
Early-career professionals
Two to six years in. You are good at your job and unsure whether to go deeper, go broader or go elsewhere. The work is direction, positioning and a search that converts.
Career changers
Changing function, industry or both. The work is feasibility first, then translation: making prior experience legible to a field that does not use your vocabulary.
First-time managers
Newly promoted, or about to be. The work is presence, sponsorship, leading former peers and the first ninety days.
