I am a career coach and strategy advisor working with recent graduates and early-to-mid-career professionals — roughly the first decade of a career, including first-time managers.

The practice is narrow on purpose. I work on four things: clarifying direction, positioning your value, winning the opportunity and advancing once you are in the role. Everything else is a referral.

Most of my clients work in technology, entertainment, advertising, marketing and media. Many are capable people whose materials and search strategy have not kept pace with the work they actually do.
